Is Machines Bazar free to use?+
Yes for buyers — browsing, saving and sending RFQs is always free. Sellers can list 5 machines on the free Starter plan and upgrade for higher limits and lead credits.
Which categories do you cover?+
CNC, lathes, milling, packaging, plastics, food processing, textile, printing, woodworking, fabrication, material handling and more — 12+ categories with new ones added regularly.

Do I need an account to send an RFQ?+
No. You can send an RFQ as a guest. Creating a free account lets you save machines and track your inquiries from one dashboard.
How do sellers see my contact info?+
When you submit an RFQ, the seller sees your message immediately. They use a credit from their plan to unlock your name, phone, email and company.
Are sellers verified?+
Sellers go through a verification process — GST and PAN check, profile review. Verified sellers display a badge on their profile and listings.
Can I negotiate price?+
Absolutely. RFQs go directly to the seller — pricing, logistics and terms are negotiated between you and them with no platform interference.

How do I get verified?+
Submit your GST, PAN and a few business details after signup. Our team reviews within 1–2 business days and grants the verified badge.
What's a lead credit?+
One credit unlocks the buyer's full contact details on one inquiry. Credits roll over month-to-month while your plan is active.
Can I list used machines?+
Yes — every listing has a condition field (new, used, refurbished). Used machinery is one of our most active categories.
What if I want a featured listing?+
Growth and Enterprise plans include featured slots that boost your listing on the home page and category pages.
Pricing
Are there setup fees or contracts?+
No setup fees, no contracts. All plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Pro-rated billing applies.
Do unused credits expire?+
Credits roll over while your subscription stays active. They expire only if you cancel and don't renew.
